Refunds Policy
At BHenterprises, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your refurbished printer, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the printer must be in the same condition as received, with all included accessories.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned printer, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges / Replacements
- If your printer arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement at no additional cost once the defective unit is returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or “as-is” printers
- Printers damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
